Intermediate Bluegrass Jam

For advancing players ready for a greater challenge, join our Intermediate Bluegrass Jam!

This jam is for musicians who:

• Know a half dozen (or more!) favorite Bluegrass songs or fiddle tunes.
• Can play those songs by heart (no notes) and mostly up to speed.
• Are ready to learn more complicated tunes and/or techniques from fellow musicians.

At the Intermediate Jams, you can expect to:

• Work on playing instrumental breaks on selected Bluegrass songs or fiddle tunes.
• Pick up simpler Bluegrass songs by ear or by watching guitar chord changes.
• Bring and play traditional Bluegrass songs – we’re sticking to classic Bluegrass, not blues, rock, or other genres.
