Faith Cat

Faith Cat is a fiddler from the hills of North Georgia. She grew up on old-time tunes, roadside boiled peanuts and porch jams that ran well past dark. She plays the way she talks: plain, honest and straight to the point. If you ask what she thought of your break, she'll tell you, kindly.

She's at home in an old-time circle or a bluegrass jam. She knows more tunes than she lets on, and she'll happily slow one down so a newcomer can find their way in. If you spot a cat in a pine-tree shirt with a fiddle under her arm, come say hi.
